Shipping.
Shipping costs vary depending on the area where you are and the weight of your order. At the end of the purchase process the amount will appear once you enter your address.
The coffee for online orders is roasted every Monday. Orders are collected by courier companies on Tuesdays and Thursdays (working days) and will be dispatched by 12.30pm on those same days. Orders processed after that time on Tuesdays will be shipped the following Thursday, and orders processed after 12.30pm on Thursdays will be shipped on Tuesday of the following week, with a new roast.
You will be informed with a tracking number of the status of your order so that you can keep track of it at all times.
The delivery time for peninsular orders is 24 to 48 working hours once they have left here. For international orders the delivery time is 48 to 96 working hours.
The rates applied to international shipments do not cover possible customs duties or other taxes that may be applied in each country, which will be processed by the transport companies and the customer will be asked to pay them. The customs policies of the destination country may affect the original delivery time.
Returns.
Hola Coffee's coffee is a fresh and perishable product, so we can not do anything with the return of coffee as its quality will have diminished. We will only refund the purchase price if the error was caused by Hola Coffee or the delivery company. We can only process a return if you send us a photo of the shipping label and box as well as the wrong or defective products.
In the case of non-coffee products, if the customer is not satisfied with what they have received, we will arrange collection. Once it arrives at our facilities and we check its condition, we will proceed to make the return excluding shipping costs.
We will not refund if the goods are in good condition and the customer no longer wants them for any reason beyond the control of Hola Coffee. We will not refund in case of absence at the time of delivery of the package (if the courier company cannot contact the customer, Hola Coffee Roasters S.L. will not be held responsible).
